These terms govern your use of DealReel. By installing DealReel from the HubSpot Marketplace or otherwise using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
DealReel connects to your HubSpot portal and automatically generates a personalized AI avatar video for a deal when it reaches a configured trigger (a deal stage change or a Custom Workflow Action), then delivers that video to HubSpot as a Timeline Event on the associated contact and deal records.
You must connect DealReel to a HubSpot portal you are authorized to administer. You are responsible for the accuracy of the trigger configuration and avatar assignments your organization sets up, and for ensuring the sales reps whose likeness and voice are used have consented to that use.
DealReel is billed monthly per HubSpot portal via Stripe, at the rate for your selected plan. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Monthly video usage resets at the start of each billing period and does not roll over. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial-period refunds.
You may not use DealReel to generate videos containing unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content, or to depict any avatar as a real person who has not consented to that likeness being used. You may not attempt to exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or abusive means, or interfere with the operation of the service for other customers.
Sales rep avatars are selected by the rep or an admin from a curated library, and video rendering is performed by our third-party video-generation provider under their own usage terms. You own the generated video content associated with your deals, subject to the underlying rights of the avatar and voice used. DealReel does not claim ownership of any script or video generated for your account.
DealReel depends on HubSpot, OpenAI, HeyGen, and Stripe to function. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity around them.
DealReel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every generated script or video will be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealReel and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
You may stop using DealReel at any time by uninstalling it from your HubSpot portal, which immediately revokes our access. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
